Ville Teivastenaho is a senior consultant with over 10 years of experience in simulation, modelling and data-driven operations development. He supports organizations in making informed investment and development decisions by combining analytical thinking with practical operational insight.
Ville has worked across logistics, healthcare, manufacturing and process industries, supporting the analysis and development of complex production and service systems. He has contributed to numerous development and investment projects by building simulation models and analytical frameworks that enable systematic evaluation of alternative solutions before implementation.
His master’s thesis focused on the use of discrete-event simulation to model and improve industrial consulting projects, highlighting his strong foundation in simulation methodology and its practical applications in real-world development initiatives.
He applies principles of continuous improvement, influenced by Lean and Six Sigma thinking, to structure analytical work and communicate complex system behaviour in a clear and actionable way.
