Vesa Paju has led development projects in various sectors since 2006 and has long experience in planning and simulating at different stages of the project.
Vesa Paju has over 20 years of experience in operations development, modelling and consulting. He has very extensive experience in project management, productivity development, planning and development of industrial and public sector operations.
Vesa has worked with over 100 consulting cases as a senior consultant and project manager. He has been active in developing new modelling methods for service operations and used them in several cases. He has been leading and facilitating operations planning and intra-logistics planning in dozens of investment projects or programs.

Professional Mission
As a senior consultant and project manager, Vesa is used to working with large projects and programs involving many stakeholders, including employees, executive directors, service and production and logistics management, development managers, automation system suppliers, architects and PMO. He also has experience as an external auditor of large project entities and project plans.
Special expertise in modelling large-scale production and service operations, including factories, logistics centers, hospitals and different government agencies. Proven track record of successful transformation projects with customers, which have brought achieved improvements, like 50-80% shorter lead times, 20-50% better bottle-neck resource utilisation and 10-40% improvement in productivity.
